Not if you don't want to! It's important that you feel comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout at home, we'll set up a plan for you.You will need some dumbbells and resistance bands. However, If you have more equipment we can incorporate those into your workouts as well.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
